Agreement to Terms

By using the services of KirkDon Shipping LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including pickup, receiving, packing services, shipping coordination, clearing coordination, storage, delivery coordination, and related logistics services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all shipments whether booked online, by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.

Services Provided

KirkDon Shipping LLC provides logistics coordination services for shipments from the United States to Jamaica.

Scheduled pickup services
Warehouse receiving and intake
Shipping and container consolidation
Barcode tracking at each checkpoint
Clearing coordination
Customer shipment notifications

Important: The Company does not act as a shipping line, port authority, customs agency, freight carrier, or government entity.

Shipping, Handling & Service Fees

Ship & Clear service fees
Pickup fees
Packing or repacking fees
Storage fees
Delivery coordination fees

Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable once services begin.

Company not liable for:

Improper packing
Internal shifting
Leakage
Breakage
Spoilage

Company Packing

When we pack your items:

Liability limited to packing cost
No responsibility for pre-existing damage

Warehouse Storage Policy

Free Storage: Customers receive 7 business days of complimentary storage after notification of arrival.
