Extended Storage Limits

KirkDon Shipping is not a long-term storage facility. Prolonged storage beyond reasonable periods may require mandatory relocation of goods at the customer's expense.

Damage During Storage

No liability is accepted for damage caused by improper customer packing, perishable items, normal handling wear, or uncontrollable events including acts of nature or force majeure.

Abandoned Shipments Shipments left uncollected with unpaid fees after extended periods may be disposed of, sold, or transferred to cover outstanding costs. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Storage Not Guaranteed Indefinitely Storage availability is subject to facility capacity and cannot be guaranteed for extended durations. KirkDon reserves the right to require timely collection of all shipments.
